Shedeur QB 2?

Todd Monken announced today that Deshaun Watson will start Week 1 over Shedeur Sanders.

Monken says Watson gives Cleveland the best chance to win right now, while also acknowledging that Shedeur has “closed the gap.”

So here’s today’s board question:

Did Shedeur actually lose the Browns’ QB competition, or was Deshaun Watson always going to have to play his way OUT of the starting job?

I predict by week 4 Shedeur will be starting.

I don’t know how anyone with eyes that watched the preseason game against the Bills can agree that Watson gives the Browns the “best chance to win”. I think Cleveland may be making Watson play himself out of the position…but that’s the worse franchise in sports and I’ll never understand their level of stupidity

Agreed. How does a franchise like Cleveland prove year after year that they are inept at evaluating talent. Or drafting. Or coaching. The list goes on and on…
